The fleet

One system.
Four working sizes.

Compare four sectional barge sizes for bridge construction, dredging, pile driving and crane support. Select a model to explore its 3D cutaway and dimensions.

Designed from the load path out

Strength where sectional barges need it.

DuraBarge is designed by a naval architect to meet applicable ABS standards. The structure pairs boxed, reinforced corners with an engineered center lift point and integral male/female connections.

01

Engineered connections

Integral male and female locking systems create a modular working platform.

02

Reinforced center lift

A recessed lift point with genuine Crosby hardware keeps lifting loads within the engineered structure.

03

Purpose-built fabrication

Precision-cut steel and marine construction experience support repeatable fit and durable field service.

Corner structure

Stronger, fully boxed corners.

The corner posts are tied into the surrounding longitudinal and transverse framing as a fully boxed structural assembly—reinforcing one of the hardest-working areas of a sectional barge.

System compatibility

Built to connect beyond the DuraBarge line.

The DB7 line is compatible with other interlocking sectional-barge connection systems, helping contractors integrate DuraBarge units into existing fleets and platform layouts.
